It's actually personalized. The intake asks 14 specific questions — your goals, training days, session length, experience, equipment, injuries, exercise preferences, conditioning preferences, and more. Your program is generated from those answers, not selected from a menu. Two guys with different answers get two different programs.

Every exercise in your program is a standard, well-known movement. No obscure circus tricks. If anything is unfamiliar, a quick search will show you exactly how it's done.

You can purchase your next 4-week block. Fill out the intake again — it takes 2 minutes — and I'll build Phase 2 based on where you are. New exercises, adjusted volume, updated progression. Each block builds on the last. That's how real programming works.
